These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the mobile applications provided by CAST TV LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

1. Use of the App

You may use our applications solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the app
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass any features or security of the app

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. When you subscribe:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

We do not offer direct refunds. Refunds must be requested via Apple Support. Free trials (if offered) will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

3. User Content & Device Access

Some apps may request access to:

- Your photos and videos (to help you clean or compress them)
- Your contacts (to help merge duplicates)

This data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded or stored on our servers unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use or modify the content accessed through the app.

4. Privacy

Use of our apps is subject to our https://clear.castpp.com/privacy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software within our apps are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the app in any way.

7. Disclaimers

- Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or always available.
- We are not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or other harm that may occur through app usage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Children's Use

Our apps are not intended for children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our app, please contact us to remove any information.

10. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
